On On July 18-20, 2023, a meeting of the REC-N-COMP project was held in Łódź. This time, PGM hosted a meeting attended by representatives of clusters from abroad that were participants in the project. The meeting was attended by representatives of the clusters:
- Next Technology Tecnotessile NTT (Italy)
- Techtera (France)
- Cluster Legno Arredo Casa FVG (Italy)
- Flanders Make (Belgium)
- Polska Grupa Motoryzacyjna PGM (Poland)
On July 19, we visited the Intap company from Bukowiec near Łódź – a manufacturer of car seats: for buses, minibuses and special vehicles, a member of PGM. We visited the company’s production halls and got acquainted with their products. In addition, a project meeting was held there, during which we summarized the project’s activities so far and also planned the next economic mission to be held in Singapore. We would like to thank Intap for welcoming us and providing us with space for this meeting!
On July 20, we visited the headquarters of another PGM member, MAGNETIX Lamination, a manufacturer of specialized textile laminates for many industries. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the company’s product, visit the plant and learn about the production process. We would like to thank MAGNETIX Lamination for their hospitality.
In addition to the substantive part, other activities were also planned. Our foreign guests had the opportunity to visit Warsaw and Łódź, where they learned about the history of the city and its textile industry.
