Information on processing of personal data

The POLSKA GRUPA MOTORYZACYJNA (POLISH AUTOMOTIVE GROUP) Association based in Sędziszów Młp. at Fabryczna 4, Str., Poland (hereinafter referred to as PGM) processes information from public and public sources, including the Internet, creating a database of business entities. This information may include data based on the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (hereinafter the name of RODO), have the nature of personal data.

In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Regulation, in order to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject should first of all provide information regarding the processing of his personal data set out in Article 13 or 14 RODO – depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.

In the light of the above, we inform you that:

  2. In the matter of personal data protection, the Administrator may be contacted in writing (via traditional mail to the following address: POLSKA MOTORYZACYJNA, Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1 Av., 03-901 Warsaw, Poland), or by e-mail (personaldata@pgm.org.pl).
  3. Your personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.
  4. The legitimate interests pursued by PGM shall consist in particular in:
    • initiating activities that contribute to the development of companies for which people whose personal data are processed or who work with them cooperate with,
    • offering PGM partners information that primarily contributes to increasing the economic turnover and improving the condition of Polish companies in the automotive industry, by providing them with information, in particular on the profile and scale of potential service providers and goods,
    • informing people whose personal data are processed about industry initiatives and events that may be of interest to them from the perspective of their business operations or the activities of companies for which they work or with whom they cooperate,
    • conducting research and analysis on the Polish automotive industry.Processing of personal data for the needs of the above purposes falls within the scope of PGM’s statutory activities, disclosed in the National Court Register.
  5. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically in order to implement statutory activities, and in particular to contact PGM partners with valuable business partners from home and abroad.
  6. The administrator processes your personal data to the extent to which they are provided by publicly available sources indicated in point. 11 below.
  7. The recipients of your personal data are PGM partners conducting business activities, including in the areas of:
    • production activity,
    • service activities,
    • advisory activity,
    • financial activity,
    • insurance business,
    • activities in the field of administration and support services,
    • sales activities.
  8. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries, ie outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  9. Your personal data will be processed by PGM for the period necessary to implement the legitimate interests of PGM, referred to in point. 4 above.
  10. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
    • requests from the Administrator to access your personal data,
    • request from the Administrator to obtain a copy of your personal data,
    • require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
    • requests from the Administrator to delete your personal data,
    • requests from the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
    • object to the processing of your personal data,
    • transferring your personal data,
    • lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, ie to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul.   11. Your personal data has been obtained directly from the person concerned, from business intelligence (eg. Bisnode sp. z.o.o.) or from public and generally available sources, including from the Internet, from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), from the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
  12. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making – profiling.
  13. The administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
