Two days full of inspiring conversations and valuable conclusions! The PGM Working Group for HR met a few days ago in Komorniki near Poznań.
On November 21-22, 2023, HR specialists from companies associated with PGM met at the headquarters of NOVOL Sp. z o. o. to exchange knowledge, experience and look together at challenges related to human resources management. It was an opportunity not only to make interesting presentations and visit the host’s production plant, but above all to strengthen relationships between group members.
Representatives of the following member companies participated in the meeting:

- El-Cab
- EFT Group
- Tip-Topol
- Kufieta
- Fischer Automotive
During the meeting, we had the pleasure to listen to experts:
- Anna Stradomska from https://smarthr.com.pl/ shared her knowledge about building candidate involvement in recruitment processes and the importance of onboarding in the organization,
- Aneta Bujakowska, an insurance broker cooperating with NOVOL, raised the issue of creating a purchasing group for life and health insurance within PGM.
Additionally, participants could see a presentation about Novol’s activities and visit the production plant.
On November 21, an integration dinner was also held, during which group members had the opportunity to get to know each other better and integrate.
