We are pleased to announce that on December 15, another family owned company joined the group of PGM members – RBB Stal .
The subject of activity of RBB Stal company is in particular mechanical processing of metal elements (production of flat products: tapes, forms and sheets, trade in metallurgical products, longitudinal and transverse cutting services from the entrusted material), as well as research and development works in the field of other natural and technical sciences.
The company cooperates with OE suppliers at the T1 and T2 levels – in this area their largest customers are global companies – incl. seat manufacturers and their sub-suppliers (mainly presses). RBB Stal cuts metal elements from coils for them – into tapes and forms. As for the products, their products are used, for example, for the production of ISOFIX fasteners, car seat elements, structural elements for cockpits, reinforcements for wipers, and many others – a very wide range of high-strength metal parts (but not body parts).
The company also cooperates with some members of PGM – ZPH J. Tarapata, Vanstar, PZL Sędziszów.
The RBB capital group also includes the company STEEL RBB, which specializes in comprehensive steel processing and produces, among others products such as steel pipe flanges, welded products, welded structures, excavator buckets, bucket adapters, green forage shafts, snow plows, extensions for trolleys, and it uses manufacturing processes such as machining, plasma cutting, gas cutting, laser cutting, welding, shot blasting and painting and sheet metal bending.
The company was awarded with the following certificates:
IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 9001: 2015, PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015 ; PN-ISO 45001: 2018.
