With the advent of the New Year 2022, the government program of the Polish Deal came into force. In response to the request of members of the PGM Working Group for Human Resources, we organized a meeting with Mr. Michal Wodnicki – an expert and partner in the Human Advisory Services team in the consulting company CRIDO Taxand (member of the PGM cluster).
The meeting was attended by representatives of companies: FA KROSNO, NG PLAST, RST ROZTOCZE, SIEROSŁAWSKI GROUP, PZL SĘDZISZÓW, SPLAST, NOVOL, MAGNETIX, TIP-TOPOL, ŁUKASIEWICZ – PIMOT.
The topic that aroused the most controversy among the participants of the meeting was the correct interpretation and application of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of January 7, 2022 on the extension of collection deadlines and the transfer of advance payments for personal income tax.
In addition, the following topics were also discussed:
- system changes in the income tax from individuals and social insurance,
- changes for employees, contractors and board members,
- changes for entrepreneurs (B2B) and other selected legal forms.
In the second part of the meeting, the expert referred to all the questions submitted to him by the members of the Working Group prior to the meeting, as well as to most of the questions put to him during the meeting.
It was a really interesting and substantive meeting.
