The Polish Automotive Group has been accepted by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology to the group of National Key Clusters. The official handing of the certificate took place on On September 10 this year, in Warsaw, during the Regional and Economic Diplomacy Summit Poland 2019 Conference and the 5th Congress of Polish Clusters.

The status of National Key Clusters is granted to clusters of strategic importance for the Polish economy, which are also characterized by high international competitiveness. Currently, only 15 clusters from all over Poland have such a title, representing various industries (e.g. aviation, ICT, health, infrastructure, waste management, etc.). The competition is organized by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.

Polish Automotive Group is a nationwide organization associating Polish manufacturers of parts and components for cars. Currently, there are over 30 production companies in the organization, with a different operating profile and scale, which together employ over 6,000 employees and generate a turnover of approx. PLN 3 billion. Thanks to the effective use of synergies and scale, PGM provides its members with the opportunity to exchange best practices, recommend each other to their key clients, joint bidding and cost optimization by organizing group purchases. Regularly organized meetings of the management in the production plants of PGM members are conducive to better understanding of their competences and building mutual trust.
